Party Bus Rates

Please see below the two options described to book our 20 passenger party bus. Once you decide which booking option works best for your planned event, fill out the booking request form below to get a more specific quote and to reserve the bus for your date and time. All bookings require a 20% deposit refundable up to 14 days before the scheduled event. Terms and Conditions will also need to be accepted before the event. Point-to-Point  (NEW)

  • One way (up to 25 miles) - $250 flat rate

  • Additional Mileage - $10/mile

  • Travel Fee (none if within 15 travel minutes of River Hills Country Club) - +$25/15 minute intervals

  • U-Haul Trailer add-on - +$50

  • Wait time of $50/hr if driver has to wait over 15 minutes at any waypoint and is prorated every 15 minute interval

  • +$25 Commercial Surcharge for liability and insurance coverage

Charter

Two hour minimum

  • M-F (excluding Friday after 6pm) - $175/hr

  • Weekend (after 6 on Friday through Sunday night) - $200/hr

  • Mileage (first 50 miles included) - +$.50/mile after

  • Travel Fee (none if within 15 travel minutes of River Hills Country Club) - +$25/15 minute intervals

  • U-Haul Trailer add-on - +$50

  • +$25 Commercial Surcharge for liability and insurance coverage
